Ticketing

Ticket Policy (Updated August 6, 2021)

• Missouri Valley College will use contactless ticketing through Hometown Ticketing for entry into on-campus athletic events.

• All on-campus home event tickets must be purchased prior to admittance. The only exceptions are for Missouri Valley College students, faculty and staff who must show a valid MVC ID at the gate for entry (single entry per MVC ID), those with approved passes from Missouri Valley College, the Heart of America Athletic Conference or the NAIA, and for those six years of age or younger who have free admission into on-campus athletic events.

• Purchased tickets through Hometown Ticketing can be received via email or downloaded to a mobile or smartphone device for scanning at the gate for entry.

In the event that a competition is postponed and rescheduled, tickets purchased for the event will be transferred to the new competition date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact Andy Pulverenti to request a refund. A refund will automatically be issued in the event of a cancellation if no make-up date is planned. Please note that a refund will only be the face value of a ticket, fees will not be refunded.
