Women's Wrestling Competes at Historic Iowa Hawkeye Duals
Iowa City, Iowa, (Jan. 21, 2024)- The Missouri Valley College women's wrestling team traveled to Iowa City, Iowa, Sunday afternoon for the Iowa Hawkeye Duals. This was an historic event that featured the No. 1 ranked teams in NAIA and NCAA Division I women's wrestling, along with Missouri Valley as the first program to ever offer collegiate scholarships in the sport of women's wrestling. The Vikings fell to both No. 1 Iowa and No. 1 Life (Ga.).
