Men's Lacrosse Drops Home Contest to Columbia
Marshall, Mo., (April 18, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College men's lacrosse team hosted Columbia (Mo.), in a Heart of America Athletic Conference match, Saturday afternoon inside Volney C. Ashford Stadium.
Freshman Goalkeeper Henry Mullen (Roy, Utah) made 11 saves in goal. Junior Midfielder Jayden Franklin (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) collected three ground balls, while Freshman Defender Thomas Noltkamper-Jones (St. Charles, Mo.) and Freshman Defender Preston Nicholson (Lee's Summit, Mo.) each picked up one ground ball. Missouri Valley fell by a final score of 25-0.
Missouri Valley drops to 0-12 on the season and 0-8 in the Heart. Columbia improves to 9-5 overall and 6-2 in the conference.
Up next, the men's lacrosse team will travel to Ottawa, Kan., for a non-conference match with Ottawa (Kan.), Wednesday at 5 p.m.
