Men's Lacrosse Drops Home Contest to No. 5 William Penn
Marshall, Mo., (April 7, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College men's lacrosse team hosted No. 5 William Penn (Iowa) in a Heart of America Athletic Conference game Tuesday afternoon inside Volney C. Ashford Stadium. The Vikings fell in the contest.
Freshman Goalkeeper Henry Mullen (Roy, Utah) made 12 saves and Freshman Attack Kael Pierquet (Sobieski, Wisc.) put one shot on goal. Junior Attack George Dieck (West Friendship, Md.) collected four groundballs and caused one turnover in the contest. The Vikings fell by a final score of 32-0.
The loss drops Missouri Valley to 0-9 on the season and 0-4 in the Heart. William Penn improves to 8-1 overall and 5-0 in the conference.
Up next, the Viking men's lacrosse team travels to Fulton, Mo., for a Heart game with William Woods (Mo.), Saturday at 2 p.m.
