Men's Lacrosse Suffers Road Loss at Columbia
Columbia, Mo., (April 12, 2025)- The Missouri Valley College men's lacrosse team traveled to Columbia, Mo., for a Heart of America Athletic Conference contest with Columbia (Mo.), Saturday evening.
Senior Attack Carson Willey (Carstairs, Alberta) scored one goal for the Vikings, and Senior Goalkeeper Jake Lipscomb (Boiling Springs, S.C.) came up with 19 saves. Missouri Valley forced 21 turnovers and came up with 15 ground balls while finishing 15 of 20 on clear attempts. The team fell by a final score of 25-1.
Missouri Valley drops to 0-8 overall and 0-8 in the Heart. Columbia improves to 6-6 overall and 6-2 in the conference.
Up next, the Viking men's lacrosse team will play its final game of the season, Wednesday at 4 p.m., hosting Ottawa (Kan.) for Senior Day.
