Dance Opens Competition Season With DTU Regional Title
Lee's Summit, Mo., (Jan. 10, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College dance team opened its season at the DTU Regional in Lee's Summit, Mo., Saturday evening. The Vikings captured a second-straight regional title in the College Team Performance category.
Missouri Valley competed in the College Team Performance category, and finished with a score of 80.10 to capture first place. This is the second-straight season the team has taken first place at the DTU Regional.
Up next, the Viking dance team will compete at the Coyote Classic in Salina, Kan., Jan. 30.
