Cheer Team Competes at UCA National Championships
Orlando, Fla. (Jan. 18, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College cheer team opened its competition season at the UCA National Championships in Orlando, Fla.
The Vikings competed in the semifinal round of the Open Small Coed Semifinals, and earned a score of 66.2, and suffered a 12-point deduction to finish with a final score of 54.2. The team finished No. 14 overall in the standings, but did not advance to the final performance.
Up next, the Viking cheer team will compete at the Coyote Classic in Salina, Kan., Jan. 30.
