Cheer Team Competes in the Preliminary Performances at National Championship
Ypsilanti, Mich., (March 28, 2025)- The Missouri Valley College cheer team competed in the preliminary round of the 2025 NAIA Competitive Cheer National Championship in Ypsilanti, Mich., Friday evening. The Vikings completed the preliminary round performance.
The Viking cheer team received scores of 83.50, 81.60, and 85.30 from the three judges for their preliminary round performance. The team did not suffer any point deductions and finished with a score of 83.47. Missouri Valley sits eleventh in the standings going into Saturday's performances.

Missouri Valley will perform in the final round of competition, Saturday. The cheer final performances begin at 2 p.m. (Central), and the Vikings will perform at 2:40 p.m. (Central).
