Spring Sports Programs Produce 40 NAIA Scholar Athletes

Marshall, Mo., (May 4, 2026)- Missouri Valley College spring athletic teams have produced 40 Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athletes for the 2026 spring sports season spread across nine separate programs.  Leading the teams was men's golf with ten NAIA Scholar Athletes.

Student-athletes must have achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, appear on the eligibility certificate, and be at least a sophomore in the classroom.   Combined with the fall sports season, Missouri Valley has produced a total of 152 NAIA Scholar Athletes for the 2025-26 academic year, up from 140 the previous academic year.
